If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of delivery/ collection, we'll give you a full refund. The products have to be in an unused and undamaged condition. Please contact customerservice@dikari.co.uk before sending any returns.

You should receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method. You would only be refunded the cost of the item.

Please remember that the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. Ensure that you retain the proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Please contact customerservice@dikari.co.uk for any queries.
